What should be noted when storing Nitroguanidine

1、 Remember the core nature first

      Nitroguanidine is flammable and explosive, prone to decomposition under heat, and has a risk of detonation due to impact and friction. It is also dangerous when exposed to open flames, high temperatures, and strong vibrations, and is classified as a hazardous material for controlled storage.

2、 Storage environment requirements

Cool and cool temperature

      The warehouse should be kept at room temperature and away from light, heat sources, heating, steam pipes, and direct sunlight. High temperature storage is strictly prohibited to prevent thermal decomposition and spontaneous combustion.

      Keep the warehouse dry and moisture-proof, and avoid exposure to moisture and rain. Moisture can cause clumping, reduce stability, and trigger decomposition.

4、 Fire and static electricity prevention

      Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the warehouse, including the use of firearms, mobile phones, and smoking.

      The ground should be treated with anti-static measures, and operators should wear anti-static work clothes and cloth shoes. It is prohibited to wear spiked shoes.

      Equipped with dry powder fire extinguishers and firefighting sand, it is strictly prohibited to use water to directly extinguish fires (special energetic materials are prohibited).

5、 Packaging and Sealing

      Keep the original packaging sealed and do not expose it to the naked eye; After dismantling, the remaining materials should be resealed to prevent moisture absorption, dust falling, and contamination by external impurities.

6、 Personnel and Management System

      Dedicated counters, dual lock management for two people, ledger registration, and strict control of dangerous goods.

      Operators must receive training and be familiar with hazardous characteristics and emergency response methods before taking up their posts.

      It is strictly prohibited to package, transport, or dispose of waste materials without authorization.
